Brian M. Plessala is a trial attorney at The Javid Trial Firm. He is an experienced and seasoned litigator and trial attorney. Over his career he has successfully tried numerous jury trials involving a wide variety of personal injury cases, including catastrophic construction injuries, products liability cases, motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, complex, multiparty premises liability cases, and major concert venue tort litigation. He has also handled a wide variety of cases involving government entities, large commercial property owners, and premises security related claims from gang activities. He has been involved in a wide variety of common carrier cases and including elevator defect claims. In addition to trial work, Mr. Plessala has also had a wealth of experience handling appeals and writs to the appellate courts as well as law and motion work in the Superior Courts of California.

Mr. Plessala spent most of his career as a defense attorney representing major insurance companies, participating in high level evaluation and strategy conferences; He is now using that experience on behalf of the plaintiff.

Mr. Plessala graduated from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in the top 30% of his class. His undergraduate degree is from Cal State University, Northridge. He is happily married to his wonderful wife with two children in college. In his spare time, Mr. Plessala enjoys staying healthy by hiking, swimming, and walking with his family and his two dogs. He is also an avid guitarist, occasionally playing out with rock bands in the Los Angeles area.
